Each Parish has an Electoral Roll, which is reviewed every year, in the lead up to the Parish APCM.
You can be added to the Electoral Roll at any time (outside of the annual review process), please contact the relevant Electoral Roll officers or one of the Ministry team.
Being on the Electoral Roll lets you attend the Annual APCM meetings and vote (although you can be on the Electoral Roll in both Hook and HMR as long as you meet the requirements, you can only be on the PCC and vote in one of the Parishes).
Please click on image for the parishes below, for more information for that parish, including the contact details of the Electoral Roll officer (who you can contact for more information, or to add or remove your name from the Electoral Roll). See our FAQ page to see any answers to any questions you might have with respect to the Electoral Roll.
If you attend our churches regularly we would love to keep in touch with you, please consider completing a Keeping in Touch form, at the same time as joining the Electoral Roll - this will enable us to send you emails (if you are not already getting emails from us).
